Invasive weeds crowd out native species and impair the habitat.Volunteers should be able to walk over uneven ground, bend over for extended periods, work outdoors in a variety of conditions, and comply with the safety guidelines. Volunteers should wear closed-toe sturdy shoes, pants, hat, and sun protection. Bring plenty of water and snacks if needed. Ages 16 and over.
