2026 Fable Forest at Gailey Trail

Join us for a family-friendly, slightly spooky adventure through Fable Forest at Gailey Trail! Wander through favorite fairy tales brought to life by local youth, including the return of the Headless Horseman. Admission is a donation of a nonperishable food item to benefit the Bountiful Food Pantry. THE HEADLESS HORSEMAN RETURNS! October 23 & 24, 6-8 pm at Gailey Trail on Nicholls Road in Fruit Heights. Returning for a third year, Fable Forest at Gailey Trail has become a community tradition! In case you've missed the adventure in the past, let us introduce you to the fun! Fable Forest takes attendees on a family-friendly and only slightly spooky adventure along Gailey Trail while weaving in and out of several fairy tales. The event, organized by community members, also serves as a service project for the youth city councils of Fruit Heights and Kaysville. Not only do the teens act out the stories, they also collect and donate food to the Bountiful Food Pantry. The entry fee to the event is the donation of a non perishable food item. Last year, more than 2,000 people visited Fable Forest, and more than 2,000 lbs. of donated food were delivered to the food pantry. New this year, the story of the Three Little Pigs joins Rapunzel, Snow White, Hansel and Gretel, Rumpelstiltskin, the Headless Horseman, and many more. Come wander through the stories.
