JOI: Hands-On Sushi Workshop

REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS EVENT.* Join us in Logan Library's Community Room B for a fun, interactive sushi-making workshop! You’ll learn the basics of preparing sushi rice and rolling your own delicious rolls using classic fillings like cucumber, avocado, seasoned egg, tuna, and carrots. All ingredients and supplies are provided. We will have 2 sessions: September 10, from 6-7 PM September 24, from 6-7 PM *Spots are limited and often fill quickly. When registered participants don’t attend, it prevents others from having the opportunity to join. Please register only if you plan to attend, and cancel using your confirmation email if your plans change, so we can offer your spot to someone else.
