New to the Cedar City Junior Ballet repertoire is a hauntingly scary and humorous evening of contemporary ballet, Danse Macabre. A French term that translates to “dance of death,” the concept has roots in art and culture dating back to medieval Europe. Danse Macabre is choreographed by CCJB’s own Lynnette Imlay, bringing a fresh and imaginative perspective to this timeless theme. With unexpected humor, haunting movement, and captivating choreography, Danse Macabre promises an evening of ballet that is both delightfully eerie and unforgettable. October 23-24, 2026 Heritage Theater, Cedar City 7:30 pm
