Rise + Release: Roll Unwind tension and reconnect with your body through this guided fascia rolling class taught by Dr. Osorio. Using specialized tools and intentional breath, you'll work through stuck fascia to release deep holding patterns, improve circulation, reduce pain, and restore alignment. This gentle yet powerful practice supports nervous system regulation, emotional release, and a return to ease in both body and mind.
