This 45-minute resistance band strength class is for adults 70+ who want to build strength, improve balance, and stay active in a supportive, small-group setting. Classes focus on simple, low-impact movements that support everyday mobility and confidence. Exercises are adaptable and meet participants where they are. Resistance bands are provided or you’re welcome to bring your own. Please wear comfortable clothing, stable shoes, and bring a water bottle.
