Arash Shoveiri: Echoes of the Human Condition features large-scale oil paintings fusing ancient mythology with modern technology — an Assyrian colossus in VR goggles holding an iPhone on a modern city street, an Aztec prince glowing againstt gold leaf. Arah Shoveiri is an Iranian-American painter based in Sandy, Utah, trained at the Tehran School of Fine Arts and Tehran University of Art. Each paiting takes about six months to complete.Opening reception: Thursday, October 8, 2026, 5:00–7:00 PM. Admission is free.https://arasharts.com
