Every stitch tells a story. Explore the rich and layered history of La China Poblana through dress, performance, memory, and community storytelling. This exhibition brings together historic China Poblana ensembles, recorded cultural performances, and stories rooted in the U.S.–Mexico borderlands—examining how clothing can become an archive of identity, tradition, migration, and belonging. Throughout the exhibition, visitors will also be invited to take part in workshops and community conversations that help build a growing, living archive of dresses, stories, and memories. September 15–December 15, 2026 | Marriott Library Free and open to the public.
