This cohort is for Lead staff. Facilitators: Christine Hall, Beverly Gentry LINK TO REGISTER The Principles of Supervision program focuses on developing supervisory skills with higher education in mind. Through learning, discussion, practice, and reflection, participants will gain a greater awareness of their own supervisory skills and learn strategies for more effectively leading others. The series will guide learners through seven modules focused on: The Role of the Supervisor; Managing Yourself; Managing Performance; Motivation and Engagement; Developing Direct Reports; Guiding and Organizing the Work; Team Culture and Relationships. The cohort will meet in person 8:30am - 12:00pm. You must be present for all five sessions to receive credit for the course.
