Weaving with Alpacas Workshop

Spend a creative morning or afternoon learning the art of weaving on handcrafted floor looms at Bewitched by Alpacas, a small alpaca farm in Utah. This beginner-friendly fiber arts workshop introduces the fundamentals of weaving while encouraging a relaxed, freestyle approach to texture, color, and pattern. Rather than following a rigid pattern, you'll explore the loom as an artistic tool as you create your own woven textile to take home. No experience is needed and all materials are provided. Our weaving studio sits on the farm right in our pasture where alpacas and our goats graze nearby, creating a relaxed and memorable setting for learning a timeless craft. You'll weave on sturdy looms we built right here on the farm, giving you the full hands-on weaving experience in a welcoming setting. Classes are intentionally small so everyone has plenty of time at the loom and personal guidance throughout the workshop.
