The Last Five Years (in Logan, Utah)

Utah Festival Opera & Musical Theatre presents The Last Five Years June 12th – July 11th, 2026 Utah Theatre in Logan, Utah On sale: 2/17/2026 at 10am. The Last Five Years tells the story of Jamie, a successful novelist, and Cathy, a struggling actress, over the course of their five-year relationship. The narrative is uniquely structured, with Jamie’s story told chronologically from their first meeting to their divorce, while Cathy’s story is told in reverse, starting from the end of their marriage and moving back to their initial romance. The Last Five Years is a beautiful musical starring Utah Festival’s own Vanessa Ballam and Stefan Espinosa. Run time: TBA Recommended for ages 8 and up. No babes-in-arms.
