Relaxing Yoga and Meditation

This is a slow, supportive yoga practice designed to help the body and mind settle. Classes blend gentle movement, yin and restorative postures, and mindful transitions that prioritize comfort, choice, and ease. Each class includes a 10-minute meditation practice. You are always invited — never required — to participate in any way that feels right for you This class is open to all bodies and experience levels, accessible and adaptable, and focused on relaxation, presence, and nervous system balance. Come as you are. Rest is welcome here.
