Get in touch with your mind and body in this beginner-friendly yoga class. Instructor Sarah Kelley leads a vinyasa flow style that blends traditional yoga poses with mobility and strengthening work. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to claim a spot. Mats will be provided, or you can bring your own mat. Be sure to wear comfortable clothing. Adults only, please. During the warmer months, Candlelit Yoga becomes Sunlit Yoga! This class happens the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month, from 6:30–7:30pm, at the Marmalade Branch.
