Meetings will be scheduled for NOVEMBER 8-12, 2026SEE YOUR RA for your specific date, time, location.If you cant attend; please see your RA to arrange for you to attend another RAs meeting.There are specific deadlines, due dates, procedures residents MUST complete to avoid feesCallers/Emails will be directed to attend the closing meetings.Meetings will Include: Due Dates, Forms, Procedures for all residents prior to leaving for the winter breakWinter Break Parking for snow removalScheduling a final walk-through with RAScheduling a checkout for those not enrolling for SUU classes for Spring 2027Room ChangesBuilding Close & Open DatesWinter Break Fee, Sign-up, Options, RestrictionsCleaning RequirementsHealth & Safety Inspections occuring the week of Nov 16, 2026 Common Questions? Do we need to reapply for Spring 2027? NO. Your 2026-2027 Academic Year Contract includes the Spring Semester.Do we need to remove all of our belongings? NOT if you are returning to your same suite for Spring 2027. Where can I see my Spring Assignment? Log into your MyHousing Portal (MySUU, Resources, MyHousing) Look under My Assignments for your UPCOMING Assignment.When do the residents need to complete their closing inspections/procedures and leave for the break? Within 24-hours of their last posted final according to the SUU Fall Finals Schedule. The last POSSIBLE final is Thursday evening concluding by 7:00pm Mountain Time. When can residents return from break? Buildings will reopen January 2, 2027 1pm. We ask that residents return when we are staffed in case their key doesn't work, the lock died over the break, etc. If you have an alternative/new phone from the one you were using prior to break; YOUR KEY WILL NOT WORK... be sure to come back during the times listed.
