Take Care Tuesday - Relaxing Yoga

Make space to slow down with Take Care Tuesday, a weekly rotating class centered around rest and relaxation. Each facilitator brings their own style and gifts, offering calming yoga along with special elements such as sound baths, Reiki, massage, meditation, and other restorative practices. Whether you come to stretch, settle your nervous system, or simply enjoy a peaceful evening in community, each class offers something a little different and supportive. Open to all levels. Come as you are. Rest is welcome here.
