Movie - Danny Collins

It's a $1 movie day with "Danny Collins" playing Friday, July 31 at 5:00 and 7:30 p.m. in the Bengal Theater. Al Pacino stars in Golden Globe nominated "Danny Collins," based on true events, featuring an aging rock star who discovers a 40-year-old letter written to him by John Lennon, and sets out to rediscover his life and those he left behind. Associated Press writes, "A redemption story doesn't always need to be bloody, and 'Danny Collins' gets the point across without pretense. Its closing scene, alone, is worth the price of admission."
