Campfire Cookouts 2026

Gather ‘round for a summer evening in the mountains as Campfire Cookouts return to Brighton Resort. Hosted at the historic Wasatch Mountain Lodge just above the base area, this intimate dining experience combines open-fire cooking, alpine scenery, and laid-back summer nights in the Wasatch. The evening begins with passed appetizers and a welcome beverage before settling in for a multi-course family-style dinner prepared over open campfires and the lodge’s original stone hearth. After dinner, enjoy dessert on the patio beneath soft summer skies surrounded by aspens, pines, and fresh mountain air. Every Friday & Saturday, June 19–Aug 1 Dinner service begins at 6:30 pm, with seating available starting at 6:00 pm.
