The Chubbuck 2045: Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map designates this area for Commercial development. The subject property comprises approximately .4 acres and is located at 111 W Briscoe Rd, Chubbuck, Idaho. The application will be reviewed against criteria in section 18.28.020.C.5 of City Code. Type of action: Decision.
