Whip out the Halloween costumes and trick-or-treat with Basin Recreation! Celebrate the Spirits is a family-favorite event perfect for all ages. Drop-in any time from 11am-1pm and enjoy festive activities, costume contests, and of course trick-or-treating along the way. Basin Recreation is thrilled to offer this annual community event for FREE, but registration is encouraged. The event will run rain, snow, sleet, or shine.
