Blessing of the Animals

Celebrate the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi, patron saint of animals and advocate for care of creation, ecology, and the environment. The Episcopal Church of St. Francis in Moab warmly invites the community to a Blessing of the Animals Saturday, October 3, 2026, at 10-10:30am St. Francis Episcopal Church, 250 Kane Creek Boulevard, Moab. All are welcome to join this joyful celebration of the animals who bring love, comfort, companionship, and wisdom into our lives. Well-behaved pets are welcome on a leash or safely secured in a crate or carrier. Together, we’ll honor the spirit of St. Francis by celebrating our beloved animal companions and renewing our commitment to compassion, kindness, and care for all creatures and the world we share.
