Freedom Run Relay - America250 Syracuse City Event

Freedom Run Relay Heritage Days Family Night | June 19, 2026 Gather your group and participate in an old-fashioned team relay race! Come celebrate traditional town races from the past, emphasizing fun, friends, and creating memories. Prizes will be awarded to the fastest teams, and all participants will receive a commemorative token. Teams of 5 will compete in a race consisting of the following activities: 50-meter sprint (1 participant) 50-meter potato sack hop (1 participant) Three-legged race (2 participants) Hula-hooping simultaneously (3 participants) Human wheelbarrow (2 participants) Register your team for only $10 to support the Veterans Monument project in Syracuse. You can register in person at the Syracuse Community Center or online (listed under the Events section of Heritage Days as the America250 Team Relay) by June 12, 2026.
