Autumn Wellness Family Class: Fire Cider

Join Moonflower Co-op and Courtney Dare Reese Hill for a fun, interactive family class exploring fire cider and seasonal wellness practices for kids. Children will learn about fire cider—a natural alternative to pharmaceutical medicines for colds and respiratory conditions made with simple ingredients commonly found in the kitchen—the difference between fire cider for adults and kids, and the health benefits of the ingredients in this herbal tonic. Participants will follow an autumn-themed yoga practice and make their own jar of kid-friendly fire cider to take home! All ingredients and yoga mats will be provided. FREE and open to all. Meet other children and families in the community! The class will take place in the Dance Room at the Moab Arts and Recreation Center, 111 E. 100 N. About Courtney: Courtney has over 20 years of experience working with children in education, pediatrics, and yoga instruction, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. She is the owner of Desert Power Yoga and mother of Wylder. RSVPing is not required, but appreciated to help us prepare ahead of time.
