Bryan Ottley is a seasoned banking executive with nearly two decades of commercial and SBA lending experience. As SVP, Director of SBA Lending, he leads the bank's SBA strategy, overseeing nationwide SBA lending production, credit quality, team development, and portfolio growth. Throughout his career, Bryan has built a reputation for combining strong credit expertise with a relationship-focused approach to helping small businesses access capital. He has managed every stage of the lending lifecycle, including origination, underwriting, approval, closing, servicing, and portfolio management. His experience spans SBA 7(a), SBA 504, USDA, commercial real estate, and conventional commercial lending programs. Bryan earned an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Connecticut School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Utah's David Eccles School of Business. Dan Bennett is a seasoned banker and proven leader with extensive experience navigating complex credit environments while driving sustainable growth. Throughout his career, he has built and led high-performing teams that successfully balance prudent risk management with strategic business development, ensuring strong portfolios while helping clients and businesses thrive. Dan’s experience spans both large and community banking institutions, with expertise in commercial lending, SBA lending, credit risk management, business development, and team building. During his time in production roles, he personally closed more than $600 million in small business loans, demonstrating a strong track record of developing relationships and delivering results. Throughout his career, Dan has led teams across a broad range of small business and commercial lending programs, including SBA 504 and 7(a), USDA, FSA, C&I, commercial real estate, asset-based lending, and consumer products.
