Volunteer Dig Day June 16th
- 🗓 Tuesday, June 16, 2026 · 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- 📍 HM PROPERTY ADVISOR, Park City, UT · Directions
Thanks for your interest in volunteering to help us build trails! We're looking forward to working with you and would like to share details about our upcoming dig day. Mountain Trails Foundation will be completing two new sections of directional, downhill flow trail on PCMR. To accomplish this, we will be utilizing volunteers to complete some of the finish work. Work anticipated will be the removal of debris from trail, smoothing of tread, compaction of features, and the removal of vegetation from the trail corridor. These events are special, as they are in the evening and generally end around sunset and, as everyone knows, that is a wonderful time to be on the mountain. We'll meet at the First Time Parking Lot (https://maps.app.goo.gl/SE1bcWNVw4sH17vZA) at 5:00pm, and shuttles to the worksite will leave at 5:15 sharp! We'll return to the parking lot around 8pm. We strive to make our volunteer days as productive and fulfilling as possible. Minors must be accompanied by a guardian, and we ask for a 5:1 ratio of minors to adults. Timeframe: 5pm Meet at the trailhead 5:15pm Shuttles leave for worksite 8:00 Return to parking lot Waivers are required every year, for each participant, and MUST be filled out beforehand: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdGpEehj4t8X4AkxwyseMgjIzErC6p2WDGm1lWhIxUdKM6DiQ/viewform?vc=0&c=0&w=1&flr=0 For your comfort and safety, please come prepared with the following: Water Sun Protection Gloves Snacks Closed-Toe Footwear Dig-day events are RSVP only.
