My name is Holly Jackson. You may know me as the owner of Creations of a Child Preschool and Child Care Center. I have since retired but, my facility was part of Idaho Falls for over 29 years. During my teaching years, I began searching for new ways to connect with the children and discovered yoga. I obtained my yoga certification and began incorporating it into my classroom daily. I quickly discovered the benefits firsthand. Yoga means union. I am a firm believer that children need union and connection. I have found yoga to be a wonderful way to have fun with children and teach them many skills that go beyond the body! Skills such as breathing, moving, focusing, and confidence. I am excited to bring yoga to the Museum of Idaho Click/tap below to regis
