Darren Ehlert is a Canadian entrepreneur and the chief executive officer and majority owner of Halloren Schokoladenfabrik AG, the historic Halle, Germany–based confectionery company. He acquired a controlling interest in the company in 2017 and subsequently joined its management board, helping guide Halloren through a period of restructuring, debt repayment, product development, and international growth. He has also supported industry–university collaboration, including partnerships with USU and BYU’s food science, marketing, and Kennedy Center programs.
