Spooky Beer Pairing: Five-Course Food & Beer Pairing Class — October 16th

Spooky Beer Pairing: Five-Course Food & Beer Pairing Class — October 16th

Join us for a hauntingly delicious evening at **Salt Lake Culinary Education** as we team up with **Level Crossing Brewing Co.** for a special five-course food and beer pairing experience celebrating the flavors of spooky season.

Each course will feature a Level Crossing beer thoughtfully paired with a chef-created dish designed to complement and build upon the flavors in the glass. Representatives from **Level Crossing Brewing Co. will join us for the evening**, sharing insight into each featured beer, its style, character, and flavor profile.

Our chef will then take you behind the scenes of each dish, explaining how the beer inspired the food and, in some cases, was incorporated directly into the creation of the course. Together, the beer and food are designed to work as one cohesive pairing—layering flavor, texture, aroma, sweetness, bitterness, acidity, and richness from sip to bite.

Expect bold flavors, creative pairings, a little spooky-season fun, and plenty of reasons to raise a glass.
