A sommelier-led hike followed by a 3-course lunch at Hyatt Centric EPC featuring wines guided by SommSchool. 🥾 3-mile, moderate hike guided by the Mountain Trails Alliance, through the incredible views of the Wasatch Range, followed by a three-course paired Rosé wine lunch. 👨‍🍳 Awarded Tripadvisor’s 2023 Travelers’ Choice Award, Hyatt Centric continues to redefine the guest experience through its picturesque EPC Restaurant, where locally sourced Utah ingredients and thoughtfully curated pairings come together in unforgettable fashion. 🍷 Chief Sommelier and SommSchool Founder, Kellie Martin, will lead this rosé-inspired luncheon, guiding guests through each hand-selected pairing with her signature expertise and charm. 🌟Kellie will showcase Acquiesce Winery & Vineyards through a trio of award-winning rosés, featuring the Gold Medal-winning 2025 Grenache Rosé and 2025 Cinsaut Rosé, both honored at the 2026 International Women's Wine Competition. Rounding out the luncheon is the 2021 Sparkling Rosé, notes of delicate strawberries and blossom and awarded Gold at the 2026 American Fine Wine Competition.
