ATSSA Flagger Certification @ Moab Utah LTAP (Local Technical Assistance Program) offers an ATSSA Flagger Certification course, recognized by UDOT for local agency traffic control training requirements. Trainer: Mingo Gritts This course covers: Flagging Fundamentals Traffic Control Procedures Safety Responsibilities Utah MUTCD Standards Hands-On Practice Certification Upon Completion This state-specific flagger training is recommended for roadway workers, contractors, law enforcement, and supervisors. An ATSSA Certification card will be issued to those who pass the exam. Certification is valid for three years. Must be 18 years of age or older.
