Doors open at 6:30, program starts at 7 pm Rated PG-13 Watch the official trailer About Jim Francis: Jim Francis is a longtime Idaho Falls educator, historian, and public servant who spent more than three decades teaching history at Idaho Falls High School. A former Idaho Teacher of the Year and current Idaho Falls City Council President, Francis is known for his engaging approach to American history and civic discussion. Following the screening of Young Washington, he will lead a conversation exploring the historical context of George Washington’s early military years and the world that shaped America’s first president.
