SOAP Takes on the State Fair - With a Scavenger Hunt Twist!

For the second year in a row Seniors Out and Proud is heading to the 170th Utah State Fair and adding a Scavenger Hunt to the adventure!

The State Fair is one of those places where there is ALWAYS something to see-animals, exhibits, demonstrations, entertainment, questionable amounts of fried food, giant vegetables, people watching…and probably at least one thing that will make you say, "Well, I've never seen THAT before!"

But here's the best part: You don't need to come with someone to have a great time.

SOAP's scavenger hunt is designed to get everyone exploring, laughing, and interacting with other SOAP participants. They will mix and mingle, search for some fun and silly things around the fair, and maybe even make a few new friends along the way.

Never been to a SOAP event before? This is a GREAT one to start with! Activities like this take away some of that awkward "I don't know anyone, so who do I talk to?" feeling. You've already got something to do, something to laugh about, and an easy reason to strike up a conversation.
