Seleny Joanne Karate Championship 2026

The Seleny Joanne Cup 2026 (SJ Cup ’26) is a Utah inter-regional OPEN karate championship held in loving memory of Seleny Joanne Crosby . This special event welcomes competitors of all styles, ages, and ranks , including athletes with disabilities , for a day of spirited competition, sportsmanship, and community. The tournament will feature kata, kumite, kobudo/weapons, family kata, and para-karate divisions , creating an inclusive and exciting experience for participants and spectators alike. Held at the Utah Military Academy in Lehi on Saturday, August 29, 2026 , SJ Cup 2026 is more than a competition—it is a celebration of karate excellence, friendship, and Seleny’s enduring legacy.
