Fall Concert III: Young Artists Showcase

Friday, October 2 — Fall Concert III: Young Artists Showcase Courtyard Gardens, Grand America Hotel, 7:00pm This is a concert we have wanted to program for some time — an evening dedicated entirely to the emerging talent that exists in this community right now. Musicians who are fully formed and deeply serious, performing Mendelssohn’s String Octet, Beethoven’s Piano Trio Op. 1 No. 3, and Turina’s Piano Trio No. 2 in B minor. This is not a student recital. It is a concert that happens to feature artists at the beginning of what we expect to be significant careers.
