RA: Farmer to Fork Dinner

Red Acre: Farmer to Fork Dinner is held from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm at Red Acre Farm (2322 W 4375 N, Cedar City), tickets are available at redacrefarmcsa.org . Inspired over a decade ago by Outstanding In The Field to set one long table. This "Farmer" to Fork" is different because the chef is also the farmer. Small bites will be passed, and of course, a farm tour will be given. Sara lets the land dictate the menu, keeping guests engaged with new dishes supplied by what's close and in season. Several courses are served throughout the evening, farm-style (or family-style). Offerings will include a vegetarian option and grass-fed meat dishes. Discussion and questions from the guests will be encouraged.
