National Ability Center’s Summit Challenge

Date: August 29th, 2026! Cyclists of all ages and abilities are invited to ride through Northern Utah's scenic mountains and raise money for the National Ability Center's adaptive recreation programs. All adaptive riders ride free but must register in advance. With 1,000 riders and nearly 200 spectators, this year’s fundraising goal is $185k. Participants can choose from multiple distance options, including a 1 mile Discovery Loop, 16, 25, 50, 80 or 100-mile routes; all routes are fully supported. There are also adaptive rider only routes of 4 and 7 miles. Additionally, NAC will be hosting a “Vendor Village” from 11:00 am – 4:00 pm. Vendor tents, music and food will be available for all riders and spectators. Entry to the Vendor Village is free and all spectators and community members are invited to stop by and enjoy the fun.
