AI Builders Day: Free Hackathon for Kids

Nursa is partnering with Silicon Slopes, Lovable, and imagi Labs to host AI Builders Day: a free AI and coding workshop for kids aged 8-14.

No prior experience is required. Participants will form small teams, identify a real problem they want to solve, and then learn to build a working web application around it using the Lovable AI platform. There's also an optional track with imagiLabs for kids interested in exploring hardware and physical computing alongside the software side.

The day is structured to move participants through the full arc of a real building process: from ideation to development to iteration. The day will end with a showcase where each team has the option to present their finished app to an audience of families, giving kids practice with technical presentation and communication skills.

Parents or guardians are required to stay and participate for the full day, serving as a shared learning experience.
