Meet with Empathetix to get questions answered on Utah's medical cannabis program. Patients who are referred for a new or renewed medical card by a Qualified Medical Provider (QMP) at this event can obtain a new card same day. Patients who qualify may get a 6-month card for free or a 1-year card for $35.
