2026 Seed School Field Day with Snake River Seed Co-op - NEW!

Wasatch Community Gardens and Snake River Seed Cooperative invite you to the Seed School Field Day. The Field Day is at Wasatch Community Gardens City Farm on 1300 South where seed is grown for Snake River Seed Cooperative by the Green Team, part of our Job Training Program for women facing homelessness. Activities & highlights: • Hands-on seed harvesting & processing demonstrations • Hand scale, organic & no-till diversified vegetable and seed farm • Multiple advanced composting methods • Solar power • Repurposed infrastructure materials • Unique community program & structure A two-day class follows on Monday and Tuesday from 9am-4:30pm.
