SMITH'S HEALTH AND WELLNESS COMMUNITY FESTIVAL

From healthy food samples and live cooking demonstrations to fitness activities, wellness experts and giveaways, Smith’s Food & Drug Store is inviting the community to discover simple, practical ways to live healthier at its free Health & Wellness Festival on Saturday, September 26.

The event will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Smith’s store at 5710 W. 7800 South in West Jordan. The community is invited to attend and take part in a variety of interactive health and wellness experiences designed for individuals and families.

The Health & Wellness Fair will give attendees the opportunity to taste, learn, move and connect while exploring ways to make healthier choices part of everyday life. Highlights will include:

Health and wellness experts from Kroger Health to answer questions and provide guidance.

Nutrition education and resources focused on practical, everyday healthy choices.

Live cook-off challenge featuring aspiring chefs from local culinary programs.

Live performance by Just Jumpin’, a local competitive jump role team.

Fitness activities and wellness experiences, encouraging attendees to get active and build healthy habits.

Giveaways, coupons and special activities throughout the event.
