Birds and Trails Hike with HawkWatch 🦅

Join Trails Utah for the Birds and Trails Hike with HawkWatch on Saturday, September 12, 2026 🦅 ____________________ Fall is raptor migration season, when many birds of prey are moving south and organizations like HawkWatch monitor those movements at established watch sites. This event will begin with a live-bird presentation and conversation at the trailhead, followed by a community hike with time for bird spotting and trail-based learning along the way. This hike is designed to bring together wildlife education, trail experience, and community. We’ll gather at the trailhead from 10:00–11:00 a.m. for the HawkWatch presentation, then head out on the trail together for a guided community hike. Additional event details, including the final trailhead location, what to bring, and hike logistics, will be sent as we get closer to September 12.
