WSU’s College of Engineering, Applied Science & Technology hosts “How to be a Joyful Engineer: Burnout, Performance, and Feeling Capable,” 12:30–1:30 p.m. in Noorda Room 204 and on Zoom, free. Drawing on her research with IT professionals and 15 years in technology, Dr. Faith Joy Solum explores how joy relates to burnout, performance, and the way capable people see their own competence.
