Sophia Walters: ocean rowing talk

Moab-based ocean rower Sophia Walters gives a free presentation at the Moab Arts and Recreation Center, covering the history of flat water and ocean rowing, her training regimen, and information for anyone interested in trying rowing themselves. She will answer questions from the audience and is seeking support for her team, the Seabirds, ahead of a December race across the Atlantic.
