Dragons Martial Arts (Ages

4:45 to 5:30 p.m., Mondays and Wednesdays

Free Class and $99/Introductory Month!

The pre-teen years are filled with new challenges as children become more independent, navigate changing friendships, and face increasing social pressures. Our Dragons Program provides a safe, structured, and supportive environment where students build confidence, resilience, self-discipline, and the character to make good decisions while learning to respect themselves and others.

Students engage in partner drills, games, and conditioning to develop practical self-defense skills using Jiu-Jitsu, Thai Boxing, and Kali. Along the way, they learn our 3 Ps—Prevent, Prepare, and Protect—giving them the confidence and skill set to de-escalate conflict when possible, establish healthy boundaries, and respond appropriately if a difficult situation becomes unavoidable. Students discover that consistent effort leads to meaningful achievement. Whether they're shy, energetic, or highly motivated, every student benefits from our encouraging environment that prepares them not only for the teen years, but for the challenges and opportunities beyond.

Our martial arts classes for older children and teens also introduce them to complementary martial arts, including Kali, Silat, Combat Submission Wrestling, Wing Chun, and Jeet Kune Do.
