In this hands-on class , you’ll get your hands in the dough — mixing, stretching, and shaping a real loaf — while learning how to feed a starter and actually “read” what it’s telling you. We’ll cover the stuff that trips people up, and how to troubleshoot if you think things aren’t quite right. Jodi Leynse (Blue Hive Bakery) will teach you everything you need to know, and you’ll go home with a started loaf and a starter of your very own. Name your starter whatever you want, but you do have to name it.
