Centro Civico Mexicano invites you to a fun, free public celebration of Día de los Muertos, or Day of the Dead celebration on Sunday, November 1st, an Indigenous ritual that honors and remembers deceased loved ones. Far from a mournful affair, the holiday is a time of celebration and warmth. The holiday's growing popularity on both sides of the border features the arts, music, entertainment, and history. You are invited to join us for a family friendly festivity with traditional foods, cultural performers, arts & crafts, and altar displays. Dress up as La Catrina or El Catrín and join us for a vibrant, procession featuring Catrinas dressed as the iconic elegant skeletons. See you soon!
