Celebrating America: Senior Fine Art Class

REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS EVENT. In celebration of America’s 250th anniversary, join local instructor Sarah McNamara for a free, 90-minute fine art workshop on September 5 at 1:30 PM, exploring a famous American artist, Mary Cassatt. Students will create and take home their patriotic creations. This class is offered through a specialized state program administered by the Utah Creative Aging Coalition (UCAC), which sponsors creative engagement for older adults to enhance health, wellness, and quality of life. Because of the program's mission, attendance is strictly reserved for a senior demographic (55+) . No prior art experience is necessary, and all materials are provided. Participants will be asked to complete a brief evaluation at the end of the session.
