Monday, September 14 6:00 PM The Gallivan Center (50 E 200 S, Salt Lake City, UT 84111) Enjoy a vibrant artistic program featuring Retro Music Latin Band, Mariachi Sol de Jalisco, Mariachi Fuego, Nican Axcan, and Grupo Folklórico Danza y Color de Utah . The Consulate of Mexico will lead the civic ceremony and deliver the Cry for Independence at 7:15 PM. There will also be food trucks and information tables offering free community resources.
