Medicare Open Enrollment: Know Your Options

Moab Regional Hospital hosts a free panel on Medicare open enrollment in the hospital's Education Rooms. Panelists cover Medicare coverage options, questions to ask before choosing a plan, and how to check whether a plan covers local providers, prescriptions and specialists outside the area. Time for audience questions. Panelists: Brian Penner, insurance agent with Medicare on Main; Yordy Eastwood, SHIP Medicare counselor at the Grand Center; and Melissa Guy, RN, population health nurse at Moab Regional Hospital. Open enrollment runs Oct. 15 to Dec. 7. People with Medicare, family members and caregivers are welcome. Free, refreshments provided, walk-ins welcome.
