Bring the whole family for FREE trick-or-treating with local businesses and Pleasant Grove City departments, all in one safe, festive place. Costumes are encouraged, candy is plentiful, and the vibes are pure Halloween fun. New this year: We’re proud to offer a sensory-friendly silent hour at the start of the event for guests with noise sensitivities, as well as families and individuals who benefit from a calmer environment and accessible, hard-surface pathways.
