Breathwork + Soundbath

A practice of Holotropic Breathwork, Meditation and Sound Bath to quiet the mind, open the heart & connect with ourselves & each other on a deeper level.

Breathwork is a healing practice and experience that we can all benefit from. Whether you are looking to reconnect to more joy & peace, de-stress from your work week, or to strengthen your connection to your intuition and creativity. The session will include a guided meditation and intention setting, introduction to holotropic breathwork and what to expect, a guided breathwork session followed by relaxing sound bath.

*What to wear: comfortable clothing, long sleeves/layers encouraged

* If you are pregnant or if you have epilepsy, please consult your primary care physician to see if breathwork is right for you before practicing.
